Sometimes January sucks. No cash. No excuse for drinking all day. No fun.
But not January 2015 my lovelies!
Instead January 2015 brought with it such wonderful gifts for all things Quiet Quiet Band.
1) We met so many great new friends at our shows at Camden Monarch, The Good Ship & Oakford Social Club – your flowers are all on order
2) We also discovered new friends overseas – big love & kisses to…

Come and share our Bunks at our first headline London show March 13th
Just got back from 2000 Trees. Pretty tired but great festival. How about you?
Thanks to James @ Addistock (http://addistock.wordpress.com/) & Rich @ Artrocker for our sessions (http://www.artrocker.tv/) (http://festivalmate.co.uk/).
See you there next year?
How about Hoxton Underbelly on 6th August? (http://www.ticketweb.co.uk/event/125793/)
Okay then. We’ll be wearing the pink carnations and MJ tees.
Here is a video that the lovely Chris Stokes recorded at The Finsbury show. The song is Battery Human – which is one of my favourites off the new album. Enjoy.
It’s been a great week this week.
Thing the First: our show at The Finsbury on Thurs 5th June was a belter. Screaming shouting dancing – thank you to all who came and let their hair down. Hopefully we’ll have some more London shows soon for you. 🙂
Thing the Second: I am very pleased to announce that the lovely folk @Addistock (http://addistock.wordpress.com/) have got Quiet Quiet Band on the bill at 2000 Trees Festival (http://www.twothousandtreesfestival.co.uk/). Lovely people – lovely festival. There are tix left too so get involved…
Love & hugs,
This week myself Jon and Scott were interviewed for BBC Introducing by Linda Serck. The show was broadcast on BBC Berkshire last night – if you missed it you can listen again on t’iPlayer… QQB at the BBC
We’re interviewed at 07:30 & 33:30 if you’re in a hurry.

Thank you to all who came down to the launch show at South Street on Thursday. It is hard to put into words how the night made me feel – I will just leave it at inspirational. The fire has been lit – watch out for more Quiet Quiet Band action this year.
If you were at the show you will know that new Ben Marwood material was immense and Tom Crook was very impressive.
Thanks also to Andy Martin for providing the sound and Mr Ben Morse for taking the awesome photo you can see in this post.
In other news “Flatlands” is now sold out as a physical CD, but you can get the MP3s on your iTunes or Amazon or whatever (along with the “Lay Low” split)
Love & hugs,
Don’t forget the split with Ben Marwood is out tomorrow. Go buy it from your favourite MP3 peddler.
